What should I do if my card payment is declined?

If your payment is declined, you will need to place the order again. We are unable to restore an order once the payment fails.

Ensure the security code (CVV) is entered accurately.

Contact your bank to confirm whether they blocked the transaction.

Try an alternative card or payment method if issues persist.

If the decline occurs during 3D Secure verification, please reach out to your bank for details. For any other error messages, contact our support team with the details, and we will assist promptly.
